On January 20, we resume group training sessions at La Central del Circ

Starting in January, we are launching a new proposal for collective training sessions: a weekly gathering in the Training Room where the artistic community can train together and exchange methodologies, warm-up techniques, and body care exercises.

This collective practice will be facilitated by an artist from La Central del Circ community, who will change every three months.

The training sessions do not require prior registration and are free for APCC members and artists with a valid training membership at La Central del Circ —people who are not members can also participate by paying the daily training fee.

From January 20 to March 24 with Manuvision

This first cycle, led by Giulia Lupelli, a circus artist trained in the Manuvision training technique, will take place from January 20 to March 24, every Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Manuvision training relaxes the joints and muscles, stimulates circulation, increases body awareness, promotes balance, and strengthens overall body performance. The sessions will include dynamic exercises, stretches, and postures that relax the entire body. Breathing is focused and coordinated with the body’s movement patterns. Mind-body correlations are made conscious. It is also useful for injury prevention. On days when Giulia cannot attend, a member of her team will conduct the training.

Giulia Lupelli trained as a circus artist at the FLIC Circus School in Turin and specialized in aerial rope. She is currently a teacher at the Centre de les Arts del Circ Rogelio Rivel. Additionally, since 2022, she has been training as a therapist and personal trainer using the Manuvision technique.
