Danny Tavori (Cie. Suspendu) is a contemporary circus artist specializing in straps and hair suspension. Initially trained in mathematics, he later studied at FLIC (Turin), the MFA in Contemporary Circus Practices at DOCH (Stockholm), and the FOCON program at Esacto’Lido. His interdisciplinary work moves between minimalism and saturation, always rooted in physical practice and a mystical approach to matter and technology.

AMOW is a piece that follows a passive inhabitant trapped within his own illusions. A mythical force transforms his comfort into a nightmare, dragging him between wakefulness and dreams. Black cables, light bulbs, and suspended furniture without walls expose the inner workings of the house. The scenography becomes a possessed mechanism. Through aerial straps and hair suspension, the artist’s body becomes the threshold between structure and void, intertwining circus, contemporary puppetry, and rigging design.

Accompany ME is a circus company founded in 2022 by Monika Neverauskaite and Elena Damasio. It is a project with an international reach: the artists are originally from Lithuania and Italy, both trained in the Netherlands and now based in Toulouse, France.

Accompany ME is an invitation to join Monika and Elena on their journey. This name underscores the importance of a loved one by our side. Through their work, the two artists seek to offer their audience a moment of lightness as a counterpoint to the more serious themes they explore – all expressed through the unique language of circus, always with joy and sensitivity.

The company created their first show “À Mesure – Handle with care” in June 2024 which has already toured over 60 times since the premiere in at least 7 different European countries. They are now creating two new pieces: “The Onion Technique” (national premiere of the inside version in November 2026) and “Beat the Circle” (2027).

“The Onion Technique”

“The Onion Technique” is a metaphorical problem-solving method used in psychology to understand personality. A person’s self-disclosure occurs in stages, moving from superficial layers to more intimate ones, similar to peeling an onion.

The non-stop spinning of the Cyr wheel, layer after layer of clothes falling off and the bodies hiding beneath them. What is freedom like when we throw off all our masks? Desired, brave and pleasant? Or frightening, undiscovered and uncomfortable?

In this performance, Accompany ME seeks to metaphorically and visually convey the desire to break free, to get closer to the true “I” and, most importantly, to accept ourselves with an open heart.

Antonia Solano began her career in the circus world in Málaga, her hometown, and continued it in Barcelona. She is self-taught in the art of antipodism and the creator of La Querida Compañía. She is currently part of the Truca Circus Company.

The Decúbit project takes the word antipodism as its starting point, from which the idea of the opposite emerges as a driving force for research. It focuses on working with the trinka and how its use affects the body and the stage, exploring new relationships between technique, object, and stage perspective.

Ginés Belchi Gabarrón is a floor acrobat and, since the age of 15, has been in love with the body and its possibilities. He works with the language of acrodance, physical theatre, and experimental dance. He trained at the Centre de les Arts del Circ Rogelio Rivel and at Ésacto’Lido in Toulouse. He is co-founder of the company El lado oscuro de las flores and has taken part in various projects in Catalonia, such as the Combinat de Circ and the Circ d’Hivern at Ateneu Popular 9Barris. He has also worked with different companies in France.

He is currently developing the research project Con placer querida / Complacer qué herida, an exploration through the acrobatic body, physical theatre, and object manipulation —scissors—. Different fragilities, states, and ways of approaching the object raise questions about how the way we relate to ourselves can be more or less dangerous, and how this can affect us in different ways.
