Starting next Monday, May 18, insulation works will begin in the training room and are expected to last approximately one month. The aim of this intervention is to improve the functioning of the facility, make it more sustainable, and increase the comfort of the artists during training sessions.

The installation of insulation panels will help strengthen the space’s climate resilience by maintaining more stable conditions during extreme temperatures and reducing dependence on artificial climate control.

In addition, this intervention will generate energy and financial savings that can be reinvested in supporting and expanding La Central’s artistic activity.

Disruptions during the works

During the construction period, several disruptions in the training room will need to be expected. The works will be carried out in sections and, approximately every four days, one sixth of the room will be temporarily unavailable. As a result, the amount of usable space will be reduced.

There will also be noise associated with the installation of the insulation panels while the works are being carried out.

For this reason, uninterrupted practice of all disciplines cannot be guaranteed during these weeks.

The management team will keep everyone regularly informed about the progress of the works and any additional disruptions that may arise.
