Moving and blending into new areas in order to ponder

CIRC AU CARRÉ is a new euro-regional project leaded by La Central del Circ in collaboration with La Grainerie (Toulouse), La Verrerie (Alés) and the C.IN.E. – Centre d’Investigació Escènica (Sineu, Mallorca), with the support of the Mediterranean Pyrenees Euro-region. It seeks to create, renew and/or strengthen the links between the different actors of the Mediterranean contemporary circus area, with a focus on experimentation.

In the frame of this project, we’ve selected four emerging contemporary circus companies interested in a 2 weeks research residency and in taking part to exchange workshops with others professionals (no artists) in October 2019 in Toulouse and in April 2020 in Barcelona.

The selected companies are Atirofijo Circ (Balears), Cirque des Petites Natures (OCC), Gregorio Torchia (CAT) and Salvaje (OCC).
