‘Circ latent’, La Central del Circ podcast

‘Circ latent’ is the podcast of La Central del Circ, a series of monograph programs of reflection and analysis around the contemporary circus in Catalonia. Through the gaze and experience of various creators, we delve deeper into the dimensions of artistic creation and innovation, observing how the circus adapts and responds to our changing reality. Beyond discussing recent trends and creations, we also explore the challenges and opportunities inherent in this dynamic area.

Podcasts are periodically recorded and run by Esther Blázquez, head of the mediating area of La Central del Circ, accompanied by Victor Bobadilla, artistic coordinator of La Central del Circ. They can be heard through Spotify and Apple Podcasts platforms.

The programs target circus professionals and performing arts lovers, as well as people with an interest in culture and artistic experimentation. We seek to build a community of listeners who share an interest in learning, discussing and appreciating the contemporary circus and its impact on the Catalan scene.
