Artist Juan Carlos Panduro Among the 12 Finalists of Circusnext 2025

This week, the 12 finalists of Circusnext 2025 have been announced. Among the finalists, there is a project from the Spanish selection: “Salar la pena”, by Juan Carlos Panduro.

This project, along with the finalists from other countries, will receive a €3,000 grant, mentoring, and residencies at the venues of Circusnext’s European partners.

The artists will participate in the Award Selection at the Théâtre de la Cité Internationale (Paris) in May 2025.

Dissociée · Marcelo Nunes (FR); ‘Body territory‘, by Cie. Betterland · Marion Coulomb and Pépita Car (FR); and ‘Metaphoric Objects’, by David Martin (SE).

The Circusnext platform is a project led by the French association Jeunes Talents Cirque Europe (JTCE) with the support of the Creative Europe program. Since its creation in 2017, this network of over 20 partners has been working across Europe to give visibility to unique emerging artists by offering residencies and showcases. La Central has been a member since November 2019.
