Circusnext +

The French association Jeunes Talents Cirque Europe (JTCE), with which La Central del Circ has collaborated since 2010, has been leading since 2017 this distribution platform aimed at giving visibility to Circusnext values ​​(identification of own and unique authorships, support to emerging creation, visibility of contemporary circus and European cooperation) and to create an exhibition circuit at the European level. La Central has been a member since November 2019. Since then, La Central del Circ has been involved in all activities, from selection and partner meetings to hosting European companies in residence. The objectives of the project are to give visibility to Catalan companies; strengthen links with the European professional network; and be in contact with new languages ​​of contemporary circus.

One of the focus of this project has been to identify the skills needed to develop an artistic project by both the participating emerging circus art teams and the management teams that accompany them.
